Another Slow Day

Yet another slow, quiet day. I probably won't be doing much outside of playing Agarest and watching streams. Speaking of streams, there's another Marvel 3 stream. The tournament is supporting relief for Japan. You can find the stream once again, here:

If you like Melty Blood, please check out this channel:
It contains a large amount of tournament matches from Japan with their new Arcade setup of MB:AACC.
Melty Blood is a great game, and not too many people know of it. The doujin fighter style may look strange at first, but it's very easy to get into.
Have a great day, guys.

There's a fighting game stream going on, currently it's playing MvC3. You can find it here:

I'm just about to beat the first generation in Record of Agarest, finally.

Here's also a hilarious video involving with Persona 4. If you've played the game, I cannot stress how much you need to see these videos. Yes, I'm aware it's English dubbed. Just watch it, and you'll see why.

You can find part 2, 3, and 4 in StrawberryCreme's channel.
Not much else going on today.

April Fools

First thing every morning my dad does is try to make me think something happened. This year was pretty bad, it was quite obvious he was lying, haha.

Here's an awesome Starcraft 2 April Fools video a friend sent me.

I'm going to a Marvel 3 tournament today with a couple of friends. I probably won't end up entering, but we'll see how it goes. My friend will probably win, he's beaten most of the people who's going consistently.
Hope you guys have a great April Fools. Enjoy your jokes, and be skeptical about everything!

Record of Agarest

I ended up buying a game called Record of Agarest War. I almost ended up reserving the next one, but decided not to. It's a pretty interesting game. It's a SJRPG (Strategy Japanese Role Playing Game) with the usual party members and random encounters. What made this game stick out for me though, is it's "Soul Breeding" function. Through each "Generation", you meet 3 excessively attractive girls along your quest. Depending on the actions you chose (much like a dating sim), you'll end up marrying one of them. The character for the next generation/quest will be the offspring of the previous two, which determines what abilities they get and which weapon they're more skilled with. I thought this was a really cool addition, which adds a lot of replay value. I just started the game on Hard, and it's a little difficult since I have no idea what I'm doing. I think the game would be a lot more fun if it had Namco's FR-LMBS (Flex Range Linear Motion Battle System) that they use in their ever so popular Tales of~ games.

I went to Tapioca Express for the first time in a long time yesterday and saw some people playing Marvel 3. Not only did the drink taste amazing, but I had a great time playing Marvel. I thought it was cool that one of the employees came and played with us, and scraped my friend in Street Fighter. All in all, it was an interesting day.

I made chili for the first time a couple days ago. It came out pretty good.

Starting Off

This is my first time blogging, so hopefully I'll be able to make interesting posts. I'm not sure what else to talk about right now, but I'm watching my friends play Marvel vs Capcom 3. They don't know how to play, but it's still interesting to watch since they both mash. One of my friends is using my TE Fight Stick. They put time on infinite, and damage on lowest, so matches take forever. Although I'm a little worried for my buttons, since he mashes kind of hard. If you're interested in their line up, they use Captain America, Spider Man, and Wolverine vs. Zero, Deadpool and Ryu.

I'm not sure what else to talk about, so I'll end my post for today.
My later posts will probably involve Touhou, Tales of~ games or Melty Blood.

Here's a video of how I wish my friends played.

Thanks for reading.
